Refund and Returns Policy
At Crooked Number, all of our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partners, Printify & Printful. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless:
- The item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective
- You receive the wrong item, size, or design
Reporting an issue
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please Contact Us within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:
- A photo of the item showing the issue
- Your order number
We will work with our partners to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Exchanges
Since each item is custom-made, we cannot offer size or color exchanges. Please check our size charts carefully before placing your order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit. If you believe your package is missing, please check with your local carrier or file a claim with the shipping provider.
